Greater Charlotte Area PEV Projects
As of July 2011, public charging stations are coming out of the ground throughout our region. Both public and private stations are Specifically,
- The City of Gastonia installed the first of five municipal charging stations at the Schiele Museum
- The City of Charlotte is planning to install 26 stations in Uptown Charlotte and at CATS park-n-ride locations
- Bank of America installed 10 stations in Uptown Charlotte parking lots
- A station is installed at Ritz Carlton Charlotte,
- Duke Energy installed 20 stations in Uptown Charlotte parking decks
In the works
- The Charlotte-Douglas Airport is planning to install stations
- Wells Fargo is planning to install stations in Uptown Charlotte parking decks
